All rates and prices quoted herein are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All rates and prices are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Breakfast is served daily in the restaurant on level 3 from 6:30am to 10:00am (Mon – Fri) and from 6:30am to 11:00am (Sat –
Sun). Should you require a group breakfast, or room service, additional charges will apply.
Please note that Check In time is after 3:00 pm and Check Out time is before 11:00 am.
Pre and post room rates and availability will be evaluated based on hotel occupancies at time of request.
Guests are welcome to leave luggage with Concierge until check in time or until the conclusion of their conference.
If you are settling your account with any credit card, please note that a credit card transaction fee, which is currently 1.4% of the
amount charged, will apply. This fee is subject to change.
If you cancel or reduce your accommodation booking:
From Booking Date to 31 days prior to arrival: Cancellations will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay of each
room cancelled.
All rooms not held with a 100% non-refundable deposit/pre-payment will be released.
Any additional booking requests will be subject to the availability of the agreed rate.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
Check-in is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out required by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Discount is valid for travel between 01 December to 13 December 2025 and is valid until 30 days to arrival date.
Terms & Conditions
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00, up until 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
Prior to this time, cancellations made in writing will be accepted via email sent to H3021@accor.com.
Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card (or to any other proof of guarantee provided).
Desired method of payment is required during check-in. If your booking was guaranteed by a credit card, the card must be sighted by Reception during check-in.
At the time of check in, a pre-authorization of your credit card will be taken to extend you a line of credit so you can use the hotel facilities at your leisure.
All credit card transactions incur a 1.4% surcharge in addition to the amount payable. Pre-paid rates are excluded from the merchant fee.
