Larger floor area and dedicated network lounge space positioned strategically in key locations on Level 3 and 4. A customised booth can be constructed at sponsors cost. Refer to information in the Exhibition brochure. The booth areas that fall under this category include 1, 3, 4, 38, 39, 47 and 48.

Corporate logo

Corporate logo displayed in conference banners on speaker's stage, on cover of conference handbook and included on the cover of profile magazine, the official conference magazine. The listing of your corporate logo on the conference website with a hyperlink to your company website. Corporate logo in the signage in the foyer of conference venue

Printed advertising

 Opportunity to place a a printed, double-sided A4 corporate promotional page in the delegate satchel which will be distributed to all delegates (the PNG Chamber of Mines and Petroleum must approve such literature). Leaflets to be delivered to the Hilton Hotel by midday, no later than Monday 28 November 2022
