How do I register to attend the conference?

I have a large group, do I have to register them one by one?

No, we have a group registration facility. You can upload a spreadsheet of names and have many delegates registered in minutes

I have specific dietary requirements, will I be catered for?

Yes, Please note your requirements on your registration. 

Are meals included with my registration? 

The conference will provide Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea. Your registration will also include networking drinks on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. The Awards Dinner is an additional cost

I have colleagues who would like to attend the Awards Dinner, but not the whole conference? 

You can register them as your dinner guests when you complete the registration form. 

I am travelling from PNG, how do I get a Visa? 

Will there be a conference app? 

Yes, you will be notified how to download the app before the conference and this will have all the latest news, speaker info and agenda for the conference. 

Can I cancel my registration? 

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Chamber. Refunds will be given for cancellations made before or on the 30th September less a 10% handling charge. No refunds will be forwarded after 30th September however a substitute delegate is accepted upon prior written notice. All refunds will be forwarded after the conference.

Are hotel rooms available for delegates? 

Yes, special rates are available to conference delegates. Please navigate to the Venue tab at the top of this page. Alternate local accommodation is also linked.
