Delegate Terms and Conditions
1. Registration Fee & Contact Details 1.1 All registration fees are stated in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK). 1.2 Registration is only confirmed upon full receipt and clearance of funds in PNG CORE’s nominated bank account. 1.3 All information provided in the registration form must be complete and accurate. 1.4 PNG CORE accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions in submitted registration forms. 1.5 Personal information collected will be handled following PNG CORE’s Privacy Policy and treated as strictly confidential. 2. Goods and Services Tax (GST) 2.1 A 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied to all registration fees under PNG Taxation Laws. 3. Invoice 3.1 An automated invoice will be issued to the preferred email address provided during registration. 3.2 It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure the correct email address is supplied. 4. Conditions of Payment 4.1 All payments must be made directly to the PNG CORE bank account stated on the invoice. 4.2 The invoice number must be referenced in the payment description, and a copy of the remittance advice must be sent to PNG CORE’s accounts office. 4.3 A receipt will be issued only after payment is cleared. 4.4 Bank charges/fees are not included in the registration fee and must be borne by the registrant. These must not be deducted from the total registration payment. 4.5 Registrations with underpaid amounts due to fee deductions will be deemed incomplete until full payment is received. 5. Payment Methods 5.1 Payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Bank Transfer, or Credit Card (Online). EFTPOS payments are accepted at the PNG CORE office. 5.2 Cash, personal or company cheques will not be accepted. 5.3 Bank transfers must include the invoice number, organization name, and team/player contact name 6. Cancellation Policy 6.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing to PNG CORE, stating the reason for withdrawal. 6.2 Cancellations made on or before June 20, 2025, will receive a refund less a 10% handling fee. 6.3 No refunds will be issued after June 20, 2025, although substitute players may be allowed with prior written notice. 6.4 Approved refunds will be processed and issued after the event. 7. Payment and Attendance 7.1 All registration fees must be paid in full by 27th July 2025. 7.2 No player or team will be allowed to participate unless all fees are settled. 7.3 Registration closes on 27th July 2025. 8. Code of Conduct 8.1 All players and participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. 8.2 PNG CORE reserves the right to disqualify or remove any individual or team that fails to adhere to event rules or disrupts the event environment. 9. Liability and Insurance 9.1 PNG CORE will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event. 9.2 All participants are advised to arrange their own personal insurance coverage for the duration of the event. 10. Force Majeure 10.1 PNG CORE is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies. 11. Concerns and Complaints 11.1 All concerns must be directed to PNG CORE in writing via email or hand-delivered correspondence. 11.2 PNG CORE will respond to concerns promptly and aims to resolve matters fairly and efficiently. 12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions 12.1 PNG CORE reserves the right to revise, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 12.2 Continued registration or participation in the event will constitute acceptance of any such changes.
